ECS Refining’s proprietary ServoTerra Remarketing Platform enables your business to remarket assets easily in a secure environment. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform is designed to help large organizations deal with the challenge posed in selling used assets for top values in unknown markets. However, as a key differentiator, we provide a closed-loop model that connects sellers directly to buyers in a private marketplace, controlled by the seller. A business can also decide whether selected assets should be redeployed internally by making them visible to your internal departments, remarketed externally, or sent to ECS Refining for recovery, recycling, and/or end-of-life (EOL) services.

ServoTerra enables businesses to seamlessly move the asset disposition (IT or electronic products) (link to EAM home page) activity closer to the asset management (ITAM) process. With our SaaS, on-demand model, users access the service real-time via the internet and can optimize asset disposition for new revenue the same way a business manages production assets for usage and performance to reduce costs.

ECS “at Your Service”

If your business has minimal resources and wants to outsource electronic asset resale activities, ECS Refining offers two exclusive in house services to get your business up and running quickly.

“Concierge” Service – ECS Refining posts your electronic assets in the private market and manages the bidding process. Provide us with the asset details in a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet and let us know how you want them managed, we take it from there.

“White Glove” Service – Your organization sells its electronic assets over our platform, and ECS handles all the packing and shipping arrangements. If your business chooses “White Glove” Service, we take care of all the logistics - tracking, packaging and shipping.
